NCDA & CS DIAGNOSTIC LABORATORY FEESThe North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (NCDA & CS) has instituted new necropsy and disposal fees for all animals taken to one of the NCDA & CS diagnostic laboratories. The new rates became effective on July 1, 2009.
