Are you looking to learn some new fun cooking techniques this fall? Look no further and join us for our Fall Into Cooking series! Beginning in September, we will be hosting monthly virtual cooking workshops you can enjoy from your comfy spot at home. These workshops are FREE but do require you to have Zoom.
Fall Into Cooking is a cross-county program series between Duplin, Sampson, Johnston & Wilson counties. This series will contain three different workshops. - September 5, 2020, 10 a.m.–noon. Cooking with Herbs. Learn how to grow, harvest, and cook with herbs! Join us as we discuss all things herbs and spices, from the different types, how to account for fresh vs dried in cooking, chopping fresh herbs, and picking fresh herbs. Click to register.
- October 17, 2020, 10 a.m.–noon. Cooking Under Pressure. Learn how to safely and effectively use your electric pressure cooker to make delicious, healthy meals in minutes! We will be making several dishes to show you just how easy cooking under pressure is! Click to register.
- November 7, 2020, 10 a.m.–noon. Air Fryer Workshop. Looking for a way to make fried foods without all the grease? The air fryer will be your new best friend! Learn how to make a variety of tasty dishes that are quick, easy, and are sure to be a hit for the whole family! Click to register.
