2026 Duplin County 4-H Horse Project

Practices and show at Greenhorn Ranch located at 602 NC-241 Hwy, Pink Hill, NC.

You will learn about horse care, handling, showing, and the industry.  There is no riding!, It is an UNMOUNTED project.

There are 12 slots available and no experience is necessary.  Any youth ages 5-18 may participate.

You must enroll in 4-H online; complete the google form, and pay the $40 project fee per participant by cash or check (the fee includes a t-shirt for each participant).  Registration opens February 20th.

The dates will be March 12-April 25, attend at least one practice per week.  Practices are Mondays and Thursdays 5:30-6:30 PM.  Kickoff Night is March 12 and the show is Saturday, April 25th at 10AM.
